Admission Procedure

Connectivity

Eden Higher Secondary School, Thilixu is located at Thilixu Village, Block-2. Centrally situated between Dimapur and Chumoukedima. The school has an approximate area of 5.2 Acres.

The School is 5.4 km from Dimapur Airport, 5.1km from Dimapur Railway Station, 6.9km from NST bus station and 6.4km from Diphupar Police Station..

School Working Days and Hours

Monday – Friday : 08:10 a.m. – 01:40p.m.
Saturday : 08:10 a.m. – 12:00p.m.
2nd and 4th Saturdays are holiday.

Admission Procedure.

Admission will be made on the basis of performance of students in HSLC Examination.

Documents Required during Admission:

1. Photocopy of HSLC Mark sheet and Admit card
2. Cumulative Record.
3. Transfer Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
4. 2 Copies of passport size photograph.
5. Migration Certificate for the student who passed HSLC examination from the Board other than NBSE.
6. Permanent Education Number (PEN)
7. Aadhaar Card

Note to Students, Parents and Guardians

1. Parents and Guardians are requested to extend full co-operation with the school authority and to be aware of any kind of information from the school.
2. Parents are to compulsorily provide sufficient number of uniforms, textbooks, notebooks, pencil/pen and any other needs of their wards.
3. Ensure that your wards are regular, punctual in attendance, and focused in their studies.
4. Insist on your ward’s neatness, cleanliness and personal appearance and check the manner in which uniforms are being worn.
5. Parents are welcome to visit the school office during office hours for any suggestions and compliments for the betterment of the School.
6. Loss of any personal belonging such as books, clothes, umbrellas, ornaments, tools etc., is beyond the scope of the school responsibility.
7. Parents / Guardians are restricted from meeting or taking away their wards during school hours without an approval from the School Authority.
8. Students suffering from infectious diseases must be refrained from coming to the school until he/ she is fully recovered.
9. The school reserves the right to compel the parents to withdraw their wards if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to other students.
10. In case of any complaints, parents are requested to come to Principal’s office.
